Ed Ruscha’s exhibition,Los Angeles Apartments, held at the Kunstmuseum Basel in 2013, featured the preparatory studies for his 10 drawings ofSome Los Angeles Apartments(1965). Highlighting his use of photography to feature both abstraction and realism, this catalog which accompanied the exhibition features these drawings, in addition to his加油站series (1962).
