克里斯托弗羊毛(手签)
Christopher Wool became known in the mid-1980s with his dead-pan word paintings produced with the rubber rollers usually used to simulate decorative wallpaper patterns on walls—Trbl(1989),Riot(1990), andSell the House(1988) among them. From the 1990s on, he used a mostly black-and-white palette, starting from abstract lines drawn with a spray gun or layered stock images and wiping out images with a variety of media. This book explores Wool’s work with large-scale reproductions, production Polaroids, and installation photos by Wool himself. It’s presented in this limited collector’s edition of just 1,000 copies, each one numbered and signed by the artist. Edited by Hans Werner Holzwarth.
